Terms of service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern purchases from jonriesel.com and use of the services supplied through an accepted order. The seller is Jon Riesel, 4 Waterhouse Lane, Tadworth, KT20 6EB, United Kingdom. Contact: jon@lifecloneai.com.

Shopify provides the storefront and checkout technology. Payment services are supplied by the payment providers shown at checkout. Third-party platforms used to deliver a programme may also have their own terms and privacy information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you purchase for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Current direct-purchase offers

LifeCloneAI OS, Founding Seven is a private ninety-day founding programme. It includes a private workspace, guided setup, onboarding, progress reviews and a founding-product feedback path as described on the product page. Capacity is limited to seven founding places.

Founder Focus Neurofeedback Programme is a guided twelve-week educational performance and wellness programme delivered using the Myndlift environment. Compatible Muse hardware is required and is not included. The product page describes the onboarding, practice and review components.

Neither offer renews automatically. Any continuation or additional work requires a separate agreement.

4. Order and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before delivery begins if capacity is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, the programme cannot be supplied lawfully in the customer's location or a clear pricing or description error has occurred. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Current direct-purchase prices are displayed in United States dollars. The checkout shows the final currency, discounts and any taxes collected by the store before payment. You are responsible for reviewing the total before placing the order.

6. Delivery and onboarding

The current offers are digital services. We use the checkout email address to arrange onboarding, the programme start and private access. Delivery details are also explained in the Shipping Policy. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to respond to reasonable onboarding requests.

7. Customer responsibilities

  • Use private accounts and access credentials only for the person or organisation named in the order.
  • Protect passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
  • Do not use the services to break the law, harm another person, interfere with systems or infringe intellectual property.
  • Do not upload data that you are not authorised to use.
  • For the neurofeedback programme, confirm compatible Muse hardware before the programme begins and stop the practice if it creates concern.

8. Human authority and connected systems

LifeCloneAI may help organise context, evidence and proposed actions. Consequential actions remain subject to the permissions and approval boundaries agreed during onboarding. Purchasing the programme does not grant the service unrestricted authority over customer systems, accounts or data.

9. Neurofeedback and wellness boundary

The Founder Focus Neurofeedback Programme is educational and intended for performance and wellness practice. It is not diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy or emergency care, and it does not guarantee an outcome. Customers should seek an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Myndlift provides third-party technology. Muse is a third-party hardware brand. Unless expressly stated, references to third-party names do not claim ownership, endorsement or a broader partnership.

10. Intellectual property

The storefront content, programme materials, LifeCloneAI product materials and original methods remain owned by their respective owners. An accepted order grants the customer a limited, personal or internal-business right to use the supplied materials during the agreed programme. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale, publication, sublicensing, scraping or creation of a competing copy.

11. Privacy and confidential information

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The product pages explain important data boundaries. In particular, Shopify is not intended to store raw EEG data or medical records. Do not send passwords, payment card details or highly sensitive records through the storefront contact form or ordinary email.

12. Cancellation and refunds

The Refund Policy explains cancellation, service commencement and refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. If you are a consumer, you may have a legal cooling-off period and remedies when a service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as described.

13. Availability and changes

We may make reasonable changes to delivery methods or programme materials where this does not materially reduce the purchased service. Material changes will be communicated. A customer may contact us if a material change prevents the agreed use.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or mandatory consumer remedies.

For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by systems and data outside our reasonable control. Our total contractual liability to a business customer will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. This paragraph does not reduce rights that a consumer cannot lawfully waive.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused by an event outside reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicate a revised plan. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available where applicable.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may retain the benefit of mandatory law and may be able to bring a claim in the courts of the country where they live.
